Description:
This Buddha statue must be related to me. When I saw it at Mr. Wangs company earlier, I thought it was small but very charming. He said that few people in Taiwan collect Buddha statues in this area and form, but he likes it very much, and plans to keep it for himself and appreciates it as his own collection. Of course, I can not make it difficult for others. I just tell him if he wants to sell it another day just let me know. A few months later, I saw this Buddha statue in the auction catalog. It happened to be my birthday and I contacted him. He said that I could mark it as a birthday gift. He also added that it was from the Belgian collector Karim Grusenmeyer. He bought it together with some other heavyweight stone statues from the Gandhara period, but not listed in the catalog. The catalog says that this Buddha is Usnisavijaya, but this statue is supposed to be a Guanyin with three faces and four arms (Amoghapasa), it is actually one of the many manifestations of Guanshiyin Bodhisattva. It is really a good gift to me.

Avalokitesvara with three faces and four arms (Amoghapasa) is actually one of the many manifestations of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, and the Avalokitesvara with three faces and four arms, whoever sees this image will have the merits as stated in the sequel, such as Seeing this image clearly That is to say, see the immeasurable palace of the Holy Face of Guanyin and the Pure Temple of Potala at the same current quantity. Only one sight of the image can be liberated from the eight great hells, including the infinite hell, the eight fears and even the infinite sin and the crime of purifying the Dharma, the crime of slandering Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, etc., and accumulating the merits of hundreds of thousands of Brahma, and gaining all the roots of goodness in the world. Suddenly born in the world of bliss, far away from all obstacles, and able to remember fifty hundred thousand years of life, until the Bodhi fruit, the golden life is the last life of reincarnation, seeing like once an infinite and inconceivable virtue and merit, often visualize it. Deliberate sacrifices and Offerings, those who are destined will be in the position to never retreat, until the ultimate enlightenment is attained.
