這尊佛像該是跟我有緣，我先前去王先生的公司看到時就覺得這尊佛像雖然不大但很有韻味，他說台灣很少人收這個地區跟形式的佛像，但他很喜歡打算自己留著慢慢欣賞，我當然不能強人所難，只跟他說改天想賣的話要讓我知道。過了幾個月，我在拍賣目錄上看到這尊佛像，剛好又是我生日跟他聯絡，他說我可以標下來當生日禮物，他還加碼說這是他從比利時收藏家Karim Grusenmeyer那裏跟其他一些重量級的踺陀羅時期石雕像一起買回來的，但目錄沒有列出來這訊息，目錄說這尊佛像是尊勝佛母，但這尊應是三面四臂觀音(不空絹索觀音)實為觀世音菩薩諸多化現之一，真是很好的禮物。
三面四臂觀音(不空絹索觀音)實為觀世音菩薩諸多化現之一，及三面四臂之觀音大士，凡見此像者，其未w如續部所云，有如:清睹此像即同現量見觀音聖顏及布達拉清淨剎土之無量宮殿，僅睹一面即能解脫，包括無間地獄在內之之八大地獄之苦及八種怖畏乃至無間罪，一見此像可清淨舍法罪，謗佛菩薩罪等大小一切罪業，並積累如百千大梵天之福德，且獲世間所有之善根，臨命終時，現量目睹觀音慈悲，並得殊勝心安寧，死後頓生極樂世界，又遠離一切障礙，且能憶念五十百千宿世之事，直至菩提果間，金生乃輪迴之最後一世，見像一次極具無量不可思議之福德未w，時常觀想ˋ作意ˋ供養，具緣者皆當位至不退地，直至終取無上正等正覺。

The bronze is in an excellent state of preservation. While the high points of the statue are somewhat rubbed, as can easily be seen in the photos, most of the original colors remains. The details are incised and well delineated. There is some minor encrustation under the base, and on the areas in the back of the lotus seat.
